The production process of Insulating glass :There is an aluminium spacer filled with desiccant between the two sheets of glass.The alumimun spacer and sheets of glass are adhered and sealed by butyland then polysultide or silicon. The air heat conductivity is extremely lower, the dry air is sealed between two glass, this synthesis spatial glass can directly block the thermal conduction effectively the outflow, thus achieve energy conservation, sound-insulation, ultraviolet ray prevention, ect.
